Reckless Ones

I taught a music video class at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design in June and this is the video I created / directed with the help of my students. The song is about the last man on earth, surviving in a post-apocalyptic world, so we took that and mashed it up with 1950's rockabilly biker culture and came up with this little three-minute epic....

Hey, Happy Holidays!

I'm in the January 2009 issue of Metro Magazine and was awarded a "Keeper Award" for my filmmaking. Here is a link to the article....

Also, I directed a video for The Melismatics in early December for their song "Digging Deep". This video is probably my best work to date and I'm VERY EXCITED for it to be finished. It was tons of hard work and my hat is off to my awesome crew and Mr. Zack Vex who executive-produced the video.

Big multi-video project coming up in January for THE BOUNCING SOULS!!! for their upcoming 20-year anniversary release as a band. I am so honored to be working with these guys and we have some fun ideas lined up that I hope are a big treat for all their fans.

I shot a video for Ghost Buffalo's face-melting track "Gold Disease" this week. Here are some storyboards I drew of the concept. Scary Gothy / Indian Mysticism stuff and lots of gold dust.

Everyone should buy Ghost Buffalo's new album "The Magician" on Suburban Home Records and go see them on tour. Matt is a guitar god. Bow down and worship, as he shreds like a maniac.
